low to mid 30s elsewhere.
.TUESDAY...Cloudy and windy. Chance of rain and freezing rain in
the morning, with rain becoming likely in the afternoon. Chance
of freezing rain north in the afternoon. Highs in the low to mid
30s north to the lower 50s southwest.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...Cloudy. Rain changing to snow. The snow may be
heavy at times north. Windy with patchy blowing snow. Lows in the
upper teens west to lower 30s southeast.
.WEDNESDAY...Mostly cloudy and windy. Snow and blowing snow
through the day. Chance of snow and patchy blowing snow at night.
Highs in the lower 20s northwest to upper 30s far southeast.
